Thick Banana Smoothie |

This smoothy is very thick and tasty. As with my banana strawberry smoothie, if you desire a thinner smoothie, add milk to taste and adjust the sodium content accordingly. 9 ounces frozen skinless banana, cut into 1/4-inch slices Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. Serve.
